• Bulls Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. ("Bulls" or the "Company") takes all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of customer information at the highest level in accordance with the applicable legislation and, in this regard, implements the principles set out below on its websites.
• In order to carry out its sales, marketing and management activities and to ensure the uninterrupted provision of its services, the Company, acting in its capacity as the Data Controller, processes personal data obtained through channels such as its Head Office, branches and liaison offices, whether collected verbally, in writing or through electronic means, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Personal data are processed by Bulls for the purposes of ensuring the uninterrupted conduct of sales, marketing and management activities; fulfilling the activities for which the Company is responsible under applicable legal and administrative obligations; informing data subjects of changes in legislation or in the rules and policies adopted by the Company; protecting the Company's legitimate interests; carrying out promotional and marketing activities; obtaining the opinions of data subjects through surveys and polls and ensuring customer satisfaction; ensuring the security of the electronic systems and physical environments belonging to or used by the Company by conducting the necessary assessments and implementing appropriate security measures; and enabling the relevant business units to carry out the necessary activities to allow customers to benefit from the products and services offered by the Company.

In addition, personal data of job applicants are collected for the purpose of processing employment applications.

• Personal data for which the purpose of processing has ceased to exist and the applicable statutory retention period has expired shall be erased, destroyed or anonymized by the Company in accordance with Article 7 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
• Where deemed necessary, Bulls obtains support services from third-party service providers and ensures that such service providers act in compliance with the Company's confidentiality standards and requirements. Bulls ensures, both contractually and through appropriate oversight, that the data processors it engages attach at least the same level of importance to information security as Bulls itself and act with an awareness of their responsibilities towards customers. In their capacity as data processors, companies processing personal data on behalf of Bulls process such data solely in accordance with Bulls' instructions, within the scope of the agreements concluded with Bulls, and in compliance with the applicable legislation.
• All copyrights relating to the information, materials and their arrangement on the Company's website belong to Bulls. Except for materials belonging to third parties and displayed on the Company's website, all copyrights, registered trademarks, patents, intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights in the information and materials available on the website are reserved by and belong exclusively to Bulls.
  Pursuant to Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), data subjects whose personal data are processed by Bulls are entitled to exercise the following rights:
• To learn whether their personal data are being processed;
• To request information if their personal data have been processed;
• To learn the purpose of the processing of their personal data and whether such data are used in accordance with that purpose;
• To know the third parties to whom their personal data have been transferred, whether domestically or abroad;
• To request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurate personal data;
  To request the erasure, destruction or anonymization of personal data where the reasons requiring their processing no longer exist;
• To request that any rectification, erasure, destruction or anonymization carried out in respect of their personal data be notified to third parties to whom such data have been transferred;

• Requests submitted by data subjects for the purpose of exercising any of the rights listed above shall be responded to by the Company within thirty (30) days at the latest. Such requests may be submitted by completing and signing the Application Form together with identity verification documents (such as a national identity card or driver's license) and delivering them in person to the Company's Head Office at Esentepe Mah., Büyükdere Cad. Levent Plaza No:173, B Block, Floor: 5, 34394 Şişli/Istanbul; by sending them to the same address through a notary public; or by sending them via secure electronic signature or from the electronic mail address previously notified to and verified by the Company to kvkk@bullsyatirim.com or bullsyatirim@hs03.kep.tr, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
  Where responding to a request requires additional costs, the Company may charge the fee prescribed under the applicable legislation.
