Tuba Ertugay

Tuba Ertugay graduated from the Department of Management Engineering at Istanbul Technical University in 2001. She began her professional career in January 2002 as an Assistant Capital Markets Specialist at the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB).

After being promoted to Capital Markets Specialist in 2005, she earned her Executive MBA degree from Koç University in 2009. In 2011, she was promoted to Chief Capital Markets Specialist. During her more than 12-year tenure at the CMB, she served in the Inspection Department and the Corporation Finance Department.

In early 2015, Ms. Ertugay joined the Capital Markets Licensing, Registry and Training Corporation (SPL) as General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors. Following her departure from SPL in 2021, she served as the founding General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors of Eliptik Digital Custody Management Inc. (BtcTurk Custody).

Subsequently, she co-founded Foneva Asset Management Inc., where she served as General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors. She resigned from both her executive roles and shareholding in the company in August 2025.

As of April 1, 2026, Ms. Ertugay has been serving as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Bulls Investment Securities Inc.
